Refund and Return Policy

At ZenShopPremium, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their digital purchases. Since we provide digital products (premium accounts and subscriptions), please read our refund policy carefully.

1. Refund Eligibility

We offer a 15-Day Return Window from the date of purchase. Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, refunds are subject to the conditions below. We will provide a Full Refund or Replacement in the following cases:

  • Non-Delivery: If you do not receive your account details within 24 hours of purchase.

  • Invalid Credentials: If the account provided does not work at the time of delivery and we are unable to provide a working replacement within 48 hours.

  • Product Not As Described: If the subscription type or duration significantly differs from what was advertised.

All refund or replacement requests must be submitted within 15 days of the original purchase date.

2. Warranty & Support

All our premium services come with a Full Duration Warranty.

  • If your subscription encounters any issues (e.g., losing premium status) during the warranty period, we will provide a free fix or a replacement account.

  • If we are unable to fix the issue or provide a replacement, a pro-rated refund will be issued based on the remaining time of your subscription.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot issue refunds in the following circumstances:

  • You changed your mind after the account has been delivered and activated.

  • Your account was banned or suspended due to a violation of the platform's (Netflix, YouTube, Spotify, etc.) terms of service after you gained access.

  • You do not have the technical requirements to use the service.

  • The refund request is submitted after the 15-day return window has expired.

5. Refund Process

Once your refund request is approved, the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.
